    2 हरी मिर्च लम्बाई 2 टेबल स्पून दही

    1 एक तेजपत्ता 1 बड़ी इलाइची

    3 साबुत लाल मिर्च 1 टेबल स्पून साबुत धनिया
    1 टी स्पून जीरा

    पनीर मसाला बनाने की वि​धि

    1: सबसे पहले पनीर को टुकड़ों में काट लिजिएं। फिर इसमें 2 बड़े चम्मच दही, हल्दी, थोड़ी लाल मिर्च, नमक और धनिया पाडडर डालकर अच्छे से मिक्स करके पनीर को 15 से 20 मिनट तक मैरीनेट होने दें।
    2: फिर जब तक पनीर मैरीनेट हो रहा है तब आप सारे साबुत मसालों को पैन में हल्का सा ड्राई रोस्ट करके मिक्सी में पीसकर मसाला बना लें।
    3: फिर एक कड़ाही में तेल गर्म करके पनीर के टुकड़ों को हल्का फ्राई करके इन्हें निकालकर एक तरफ रख दीजिये।
    4: अब इसके बाद कड़ाही में जरूरत हो तो थोड़ा सा तेल और डालकर बड़ी इलाइची और छोटी इलाइची को हल्का से भूनें। फिर इसमें कददूकस की हुई प्याज डालें।
    5: फिर प्याज के हल्के गोल्डन ब्राउन होने के बाद इसमें अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट भी डालकर भूनें।
    6: अब इसमें धनिया पाउडर, हल्दी और लालमिर्च पाउडर डालकर भूनें, फिर इसमें टमाटर प्यूरी डालकर इसे भी भूनें। इसमें इसकी के साथ लंबाई में कटी हुई हरी मिर्च भी डाल दें।
    7: फिर इसमें थोड़ा सा पानी डालकर ग्रेवी को पकाएं। आप इसे अपने हिसाब से ग्रेवी की स्थिरता कर सकते है। अब ग्रेवी के पकने के बाद आंच धीमी कर करके पनीर के पीस डालकर मिक्स कर लें।
    8: फिर इसमें गरम मसाला और तैयार किया गया मसाला डालकर अच्छे मिला लें।
    9: अंत में कसूूरी मेथी डालें और इसे हरे धनिया से गार्निश करके रोटी, नान या फिर परांठे के साथ सर्व करें।
